fantastic service from the minute I called to enquire about the car for sale. Jay kept me in the loop all the time about when the car would be ready, called me a week later to see how I was getting on with it. I would recommend this company and Jay.

Excellent service

I went to test drive the Ford Focus at simply kars, I was slightly nervous as I was buying a second-hand car but the staff put me at ease straight away, very genuine and answered any questions I had. The car was delivered to me the next week and I love it! So far so good! Jay was exceptional in checking in and asking how I was getting on with my new car! Highly recommend!

Amazing response and on time delivery

Very much satisfied with the car. My wife and daughter loved it. I stay 100 miles away from the dealership and didn’t expect the delivery, but I’m happy with the delivery because it was on time even on the weekend. I strongly recommend this dealer to buy a best car. Also warranty offered was very comprehensive. Thanks again to simply Kars.

Really great service. We dealt with Jay and he sorted out a couple of.minor issues we had before the car was handed to us. Great communication and felt assured that we could go to him in future if any problems. He even followed up with a phonecall a couple of weeks later to check in with us.
